Back For You!

I don't even have the guts to check the date for when I last posted on this blog. Instead of coming up with lame excuses as to why I've been so inactive, I'll just get right to the post. (But the lame excuse would be that I've been writing finals some of the time and then doing absolutely nothing for the last three weeks... Sorry)

A week ago today I went to the One Direction concert here in Copenhagen. Actually, I went to two. Yes my friends, I payed good money to see these guys for the first time ever, and then the second time. I very much felt like a 13-year-old girl prior to the concerts and then I went, and while I was there I just felt ancient, seeing as most of the audience was actually 13-year-olds. Some of them was vicious and some of them were cool enough. But now for the show!

The first show was on Monday and my friend and I got there well before we could even get in the queue but it payed off, cause we managed to get well up in the front at the show. We ended up among all the... How to say it nicely? Uhm, sort-of-crazy fans. Now, if you are one of those fans don't be offended! It was just a very intense group of people who screamed a lot and cried a lot. We were close to the main-stage and too close to the speakers so we had trouble actually hearing the songs at times. At the start of the show Liam threw a towel into the crowd near us, and all Hell broke loose. They fought over that towel the whole time we were there and it was not a pretty sight. And the guys seemed a bit off . Maybe they were just tired, but they didn't seem all that interested. Well, Niall and Liam did, and at times Harry had fun as well, but Louis and Zayn did look sort of bored. Anyhow, it was fun, I'm not denying that. And they can sing. Really well. Which is what is the most important thing after all.

The second night was better! The guys seemed to have had a lot of sleep or energy-drinks and in general they just seemed to enjoy themselves more. We were a bigger group of girls this time and once again we queued for a long time in the baking sun, but it was all good. We didn't push up to be near the main-stage this time, so the sound was much better and the guys spend most of the time on the catwalk anyway, so we actually had a better view of them as well. I filmed many videos this time and when I see them now I still get amazed at their talents.

If you're seeing them later on the tour you can definitely look forward to it! It's good fun even though they do seem to do it as a sort of routine at points in the show. But I mean, who wouldn't if you'd played a 100+ shows?
Have any of you been to a show or are you going to one later on?
